On February 15, 2017 at 6:00 PM, the Belmont Elementary School, Canterbury Elementary School, and Belmont High School PTOs are pleased to sponsor the first in a series of community conversations about personalized teaching and learning. We will be kicking off the evening with dinner followed by a screening of the movie "Most Likely to Succeed." The movie prompts us to re-imagine the future of schools and to observe innovative learning opportunities for our students. After the 90-minute screening, I will facilitate a panel discussion and group conversation using the movie's key points to drive questions about our school district. The panel will consist of district administrators and representatives from Lakes Region Community College. This event is the first in a series of opportunities to have open conversations about our school district's future status with personalized teaching and learning. We hope you can join us for an evening of food, entertainment, and enriching dialogue.
