This winter season is upon us! Family ID is the home for athletics registration for Belmont High School and Belmont Middle School. These forms need to be filled out prior to student athletes' trying out for sports teams. There are a few new features this season, such as the ability to upload physicals, sign driver forms, among other features - so please read carefully! Please sign up for some of our great programs!
