Guidance:

Belmont High School has a policy that allows any student who receives a grade between 60% and 69% at the end of the quarter, to have two weeks to try to either make up missing work, or to master competencies that they may not have had success with.

The two weeks starts from the time that we mail out the report cards, and in the situation that we have for this quarter, we will mail out report cards this week and that we expect that most parents will receive them by this Friday, April 12th. The two week period has to be counted on days that we actually have classes, so since our April vacation is in one week from this Friday, we will extend the make-up time to Friday, May 3rd.
