College Acceptances:

Congratulations to Chayleigh Cadarette on her acceptance to Campbell University ,  to Colton Cadarette on his acceptances to Campbell University and Coastal Carolina University,  to Cassie Contigiani on her acceptance to Thomas College and to Paige Norkiewicz on her acceptance to UNH!

 

All State Band:

Congratulations to Shea Callahan for being accepted in to the All State Band! Congratulations to Michael Sanborn, Asher Clark and Grace Shaw for being accepted in to the All State Chorus! Awesome job to all of you!

 

Alpine Ski Meeting:

 We will be going to Gunstock for passes on Friday November 21st, 3:00PM.

 

Boys Basketball:

Any students interested in playing boys basketball this year there will be an informational meeting today in the cafeteria at 2:30pm


 Girls Basketball:

Tryouts will be held today from 3:00-6:00PM.

 Indoor Track & Field:

There will be an informational meeting today @ 10:20 in Rm. 109

 

Table Tennis:

The student Table Tennis Champion will be crowned during power hour today.

Chris Duggan and Calvin Freer will face off for the title.

Student Google Accounts have changed.  Your old login will not work.firstname.lastname@student.shaker.k12.nh.us IS NOW fl01805@sau80org

with the first initial of your first name, the first initial of your last name, and your five digit student number, JUST LIKE YOUR LOGIN to the school computers. All e-mail sent to the old address will be forwarded to your new address, but you now need to use your school login name @sau80.org to get to your student Google account.Please see Mr. Fournier or Mr. Russell with any questions.


Belmont PTO:

We will be holding the November meeting tomorrow night . You are invited to join us to learn more information about Belmont High School's upcoming accreditation and hear about the success of our November FBLA Fair fundraiser!  No commitments required. Facebook Contest

Guidance:

National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine:

Students in grades 9-12 who are interested in receiving more information about the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine should see Mrs. O'Connell in the guidance office no later than December 3rd. This forum on medicine is designed for the most highly motivated high school students who possess the academic promise and dedication to become the next generation of leaders in medicine.

Meets today @ 2:30 in Rm 106.

Student Council:

Will be having a Thanksgiving Food Drive all this week. If you would like to donate please bring your cans to your 5th block class. Cans will be collected at the end of the day on Friday. The 5th block class that brings the most cans will win breakfast from Dunkin Donuts.

 

Class of 2017 Fundraiser:

Calendar Raffle Tickets for the month of December are available from the Class of 2017. Sophomores who would like to sell tickets to raise money for their future activities can see Mr. Geoffrey to get tickets. All Tickets and Money need to be returned to Mr. Geoffrey by Monday December 1st. Tickets are $5 each and are good for the 31 days of drawings in December. 

 

Fall Drama Production:

What could be more exciting than a family reunion at a bed and breakfast in the tropics?  Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it! Join us for the BHS Drama production of "A Family Reunion to Die For", a fun-filled family reunion, full of laughs and ……….a mysterious MURDER (or two, or three). Performances are on Friday, November 21st and Saturday, November 22nd from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the Belmont Middle School Gymnasium. Admission is $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for students and senior citizens. Children under 6 are free.  Refreshments will be sold.

 

National French Honor Society:

 Induction Ceremony will be at 6:00 PM on Monday, November 24 in the BHS library.  Everyone is welcome to attend!

 

 

French Club:

Decorate your table for Thanksgiving!  The BHS French Club made holiday centerpieces and there are some for sale in the main office.  If you would like to purchase one , they are $12 each (checks to Belmont High School).  Merci!
