College Acceptance:
Congratulations to Nikolai Fernandez on his acceptances to St. Lawrence University and to the University of Rochester, to Jackelyn Robarge on her acceptance to Simmons College, to Zoe Zeller on her acceptances to UConn, Roger Williams and Boston University!
Athletics:
There will be a Unified Volleyball sign up/informational meeting on March 26th in room 102 during the first half of power hour. If you are unable to attend the meeting at that time and interested in playing see Mr. Briggs or Ms. White before Thursday.
Baseball tryouts/practice will take place, 3/26, 3/27 at 4:30-7:30ish at BHS.
Mr. Malcolm is looking for 4 skiers and/or snowboarders to race as part of his Franconia Sport Shop team in this year's BODEFEST taking place April 4th at Cannon Mtn. There is no cost to join the team other than your Cannon Mtn ski pass. See Mr. Malcolm for any further details today.
BHS Equality Alliance
Will meet Thursday 3/26 second half of power hour in the conference room. Our group is comprised of LGBT students and straight allies. New members are welcome at any time! We meet weekly to advocate for positive change in our school, meet new people, plan activities and have fun!

Your Skin Is In is an educational, pledge based program and contest that encourages teen to make a promise that they will protect the skin they are in by pledging not to tan. PROM:
Prom will be held on Saturday, 5/16 from 6-11pm at Gunstock. Tickets ($50 per person) will be on sale this week during Power Hour. If you are at the Huot Center during Power Hour, please see

Guidance:
For any interested sophomores, juniors, or seniors who have not yet committed to a future plan, there will be a field trip on April 7th to LRCC to learn more about their programs. Please sign up in Guidance. You will be asked to list your program of interest on the signup sheet as well.
LRGHealthcare is kicking off the annual Caring Student Intern (CSI) Program which will take place this summer. Two sessions will be offered, one in July and one in August. University of New Hampshire is offering Project Smart Institute this summer. Science and Mathematics Achievement through Research Training. This summer institute is accepting applications from current talented high school sophomores and juniors. This program runs from June 28-July 24.
