It Takes a Village Series - Teen Drug Experimentation & Addiction Workshop
Belmont High School PTO is excited to continue our series of "It Takes a Village" workshops for Lakes Region students and parents. On Wednesday, April 15, we will have several amazing partners presenting information on Teen Drug Experimentation and Addictions. This event is free and open to the public – Parents and Students of the Lakes Region! It will be held in the Belmont High School cafeteria (255 Seavey Rd., Belmont) from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Refreshments will be served. Get a realistic understanding of the challenges our kids face and how we can support them by creating awareness in our communities.
Our guest speakers include Steven Steiner, who founded "Dads and Moms Against Drug Dealers"; Jennifer Parker is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor at Phoenix House, a local treatment center; Officer Evan Boulanger is a Senior Patrolman, K-9 Handler, and Belmont Police department's Drug Recognition Expert. Any questions may be directed to Donna Iacopucci, BHS PTO President, at donnaike@metrocast.net
