Athletics

BHS Boys Varsity Soccer vs. Winnisquam 3:00pm SENIOR NIGHT!

BHS Girls Varsity Soccer vs. Berlin 4:45pm (lower field)

BHS Girls JV Soccer vs. Berlin 3:30pm (upper field)


Dylan Gansert led the offense and had over 100 yards rushing. Marc Forgione had a big interception returned for a touchdown to put us on top.  Austin Symonds had two extra points which proved to be the deciding factor in a 14-12 victory.

 

There will be Girls Basketball Open Gym on Sunday from 5pm to 630pm. 

 

Facebook Contest

Please take two minutes and vote for Belmont High School to win the art grant that Meredith Village Savings Bank is currently offering.  The prize of $3,000 for our art program at the high school would be fantastic!  Please vote, and also ask your thousands of friends to vote for us as well.

FBLA

For all students ... FBLA will continue to collect can tabs all year for David's House. You can drop them off in Rm 211 or pass into the main office. Thank you for your support!

 

Wellness Committee

The SRSD Wellness Committee is in need of 1-2 students who are willing to be part of the district Wellness group. The meetings will be held once a month at 3:30 in the SAU conference room. If you are interested in joining please see Ms. Lavallee.

 

Senior Pictures                                    

The deadline to submit senior pictures is fast approaching. Submit a disc or flash drive to Mrs. Hamilton BY Friday October 31st.  Any  photos turned in after this date will be charged a late fee.

 

 

Yearbook Sale

Order forms are available through Mrs. Hamilton in Room 206 or click here to order your yearbook online.

 

 

Guidance

College Fair for juniors and seniors on Thursday, Oct. 23rd from 7:30-8:30am. Juniors and seniors will be called to the gym to participate. Colleges/Military that are scheduled to attend will be posted on the guidance bulletin board.

Reminder: NHHEAF is presenting their second Student Athlete Night on Thursday, 10/23 at 6pm at Manchester's Derryfield School in the Performing Arts Studio. Important information to be shared for future college student athletes.

Northeastern University will be holding their annual "Women in Engineering" day on Friday, October 31st, from 9-3. This program is designed for female students who are interested in learning more about their outstanding engineering program and meet some of their students. To reserve a place you must RSVP by October 20th by emailing r.reisberg@neu.edu, there is a 5 student limit per school.

What:  FIRST Women in Science and Technology Forum for High School Girls

Where:  UNH in Manchester

When:   Friday, November 7th from 9:00am – 2:00pm.

Details: 

·         The fee is $10 per student (scholarships are available)

·         Breakfast and Lunch will be included

·         Sessions include:  Planning for College, STEM College Courses and Careers in STEM

Fitness Room

Week of October 20th will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from

2:25-3:15

 

 

Student Council

Student Council will meet tomorrow in room 113 after school.
